The above rates are for full hook-ups. However using more than one AC or the use of more than 50 amps electrical services will be subject to an additional charge of $2 a day. All campers are required to register at the front desk during regular business hours. Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12. The office is closed on Sundays except in the event of a park emergency or unless prior reservations are made. All other after-hour check-ins are at management’s discretion.
For extended staying guests, Rent is generally due on the 1st of each month ( If you come in in the middle of the month, the rent will be pro-rated)
During our BUSY peak season, prior reservations are suggested to insure that we can accommodate you. A deposit of $100 is required. Pre-payment may be required for ALL Passport America members. There ARE absolutely NO REFUNDS on any rents or deposits paid!

For seasonal campers staying more than 3 months, we offer a discounted
monthly rate which applies beginning the 4th month of your stay.

Your electric is read at the end of each month, and a copy will be placed in your box by the 5th of each month. This is due by the 15th of the same month.
Year around ‘permanent’ residents are expected to get their electric put in their name.
Seasonal, monthly, and permanent resident plan site selection take priority over shorter rental periods. Rates are based on two (2) adults, one 1 pet ( breed restrictions apply) , one ( 1 ) car, one (1) golf cart. Additional vehicles are charged at $15 month . Motorcycles are ALLOWED but must have management approval. We also offer additional RV, trailer storage & boat slips for additional fee. PLEASE check with management for current rates and exceptions.
EXTRA GUESTS of ( campers and residents) are charged at two ($2) dollars a day and they MUST be registered with office. This includes the occasional OVERNIGHT guest(s). . NO EXCEPTIONS. LATE FEES: For extended stay (3 months or longer) there is a 5 day grace period from when your rent is due. After which a $25 dollar late fee will be accessed to your acct. ( and then $2 a day thereafter) until rent is paid in FULL including late charges ) If you are late more than 15 days, eviction, may result. So please communicate with management to avoid any misunderstandings. PLEASE NOTE : Because we operate under Florida Law as an RV park, we may ask you to leave at any time for non-payment, illegal activity, and for failure to comply with park rules. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We accept checks ( with proper ID ) MO’s and credit card payments. Return check charge is $25.
