The above rates are for full hookup.
Use of 50 amp. electrical service requires an extra charge
of $2 daily. Additional persons stay at $2.00 a night for a maximum of 2 weeks. Pets are allowed. Breed restrictions apply.
* From Nov 15 to April 30, a $1.00 peak season fee is charged in addition to the daily rate.

Seasonal Rentals:
- This rate starts after three (3) months at standard rate.
- Seven (7) months occupancy (10/1-4/31) & five (5) months on-site storage.
- Electricity must be in camper’s name & billed directly from TECO.
- Rent is payable in monthly installments. Due on the first of the month.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your personal check is always welcomed.
Reservation Policy:
- Reservations are currently being accepted. A deposit by check or credit card is required on all reservations for an assignment of a designated site.
- To better meet everyone’s special needs, with your deposit please list the size & kind of rig, amp service required, and any special accommodations such as satellite, or handicapped site. (We have several scenic handicapped sites on the pond for RV bound campers).
- Please note: The seasonal and annual plan site selection take priority over shorter rental periods, but we will make every effort to accommodate all of our reservations.
Reservation Refund Policy:
- As our small park is considered a snowbird winter retreat and seasonal (3 to 7 months) sites are highly sought after, cancellations prior to Dec 1st are only accepted for serious illness or death of immediate party(ies) making reservation. A physician statement is required. Refund is subject to a 15% handling charge.
- No refunds after Dec 1, 2007 for any reason and no refunds after arrival or for early departure.
