River Oaks

River Oaks RV Resort is a quaint little adult RV park, nestled in an oak hammock along the bank of the Little Manatee River in Ruskin, Florida.
While you may find us a alittle rustic, we offer something quite appealing to artistic and outdoorsy types alike.

Come relax and stay awhile and you may even want to call River Oaks home. Many do. About a third of the people in our community live here year around. Another third are seasonal residents who live here six months out of the year.

Fish from our pier, or bring your boat for a lazy day on the river. The majestic Little Manatee is just steps away from anywhere in our park. We have boat docks and storage. And there is a public boat ramp directly across the street.

For landlubbers, we offer a very FULL seasonal activities calendar. We have a horseshoe pit , as well as weekly shuffleboard tournaments. And something is always happening at the clubhouse. Please join us for our potluck dinners or a friendly game of cards. You’ll always be made to feel most welcome.

And while we are noticably off the beaten path, our central location make day trips a breeze. There’s lots to do and see in the Tampa Bay area and we are just a few hours away from central Florida attractions like Disney.

Our resort is truly unique. Whether you want to do it all OR nothing at all, River Oaks is the place to be. If peace and solitude is what you’re after, we have that too as our most appreciated amenity is probably our tranquil, picturesque atmosphere.
