Our park is located west of I-75, 6 miles south of Ruskin/Sun City Center, 25 miles south of Tampa and 25 miles north of Bradenton/Sarasota on central Florida’s beautiful west coast. We are a small, quiet, riverfront community in a country setting. Fish and crab from our pier on the Little Manatee or if you prefer World Class fishing, Tampa Bay is only 4 miles by water, so bring your boat. Docks and boat storage are available for daily, weekly or monthly rates and Hillsborough County Wildcat Park is across the road where you can launch your boat for free.

All our sites are 30/50amp full hook-up and have water, sewer, and electricity. Cable TV is available through Bright House, or, if you like WiFi, bring your own satellite dish. There is 24-hour Internet access available; just bring your laptop. Our streets are paved and mostly shaded sites have cement pads with picnic tables. Coin laundry with new washers and dryers, hot showers and a clean bathhouse are also provided.

We are only minutes away from North American’s #1 rated Clearwater Beach on the warm, sandy Gulf beaches. And for golfers, there is a new golf course within 2 miles of our park and over 50 courses within a 30 minute drive.

Directions to River Oaks RV Park: From I-75, take exit #240B. Go to Highway 41, then turn left (so you are going south). Go to Universal Dr. and turn left. Go one block to Stephens Road, then turn right. Follow the road around, till it dead ends and park is on the left.
